Anjalie Brielle Collins
…and grateful that I will be able to hug each one of my Texas kids.

I am grateful for the privilege of spending a little time with Aunt Estalene, Uncle Floyd, Sheri, and Aunt Drula on Saturday and Sunday.

I am grateful for Dwight today.

I am grateful for the incredible timeless insight in my book, “The Road Less Traveled.”
I am grateful for a huge Symphony bar from Delores. She is so much sweeter than that candy bar.
I am grateful for this scripture that was part of my devotions this morning:
18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. – Ephesians 3:18-19
I am grateful for answered prayer and blessings undeserved.
I am grateful for anticipation for the week ahead – a trip to Texas and a break from daily reality.
I am grateful for a moderate emotional meltdown I had on Saturday night. I don’t know why really, but I need to be grateful for it and realize that these are rare occurrences in my life now.
I am grateful for Radwan & Nina and their friendship, even though we connect only once every month or so and only at the counter at Dairy Queen.
I am grateful for the privilege of being the benefactor of Floyd and Estalene’s feather bed and Herschel Thornburg painting, complete with a blacklight.
I am grateful for this funny video about the differences between dogs and cats:
And finally, I am grateful for this quote from my daily calendar that sits on my desk:
Life is short and we never have enough time for gladdening the hearts of those who travel the way with us. O, be swift to love! Make haste to be kind. – Henri Frederic Amiel
